Any claim (order error, missing item, or issue upon delivery) must be submitted by email within 24 hours after receiving the order, at the following address: selina.bodyart@gmail.com. After this period, the sale will be considered as definitively accepted and no claim will be processed.

If a piece of jewelry arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us at selina.bodyart@gmail.com with the subject line “Damaged Jewelry Return”, including clear photos of the item and its packaging.

If a return is accepted, you will receive instructions for sending the item back. However:

• The item must be returned via tracked or registered mail, at the customer’s expense. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the item (or proof of deposit) and verification of its condition.
• Worn, altered, or items sent without their original packaging will not be refunded.

No returns will be accepted for:

• Jewelry that has been worn, tried on, or whose packaging has been opened or damaged,
• Returns without valid proof of shipment,
• Jewelry different from the original order.

Gift cards are only available at the physical studio, not online. They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be used in a single transaction on any of our products or services in-studio. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even in case of loss or theft. Any unused balance on a gift card cannot be claimed or refunded in cash.
